This 2 hour Mini Retreat will enhance your life, wash away hurt and pain inside and out.
Feeling pain in your body or your brain? You can relieve it by making a decision to do something positive and natural for yourself.
This retreat will be focused around a book called The Four Agreements. Through these “agreements” you’ll see how you can transform your life. Learn how to apply them and get rid of overwhelming feelings of the past.
Here we will focus on removing pain in our hearts, minds and bodies through yoga, meditation and focus on the message of this special book.
Through guided meditation and a Gentle Yoga class you’ll begin feeling yourself becoming closer to who you choose to be instead of who you have been allowing yourself to be. Take ahold of your life.
Slow life down, take time to catch your breath. This 2 hours will Be life changing as you allow yourself to transform your thoughts and your body will become extremely relaxed through a very Gene and Peaceful yoga class.
Beginners are welcome and should have no problem following.
You don’t have to spend years fixing yourself. You can take one foot and put it in front of the other and through each step you’ll feel the healing. Learn how to use these tools to lead you in a better direction no matter how far off the trail you’ve gone.
